Lead, Motivate, And Manage A Team Of Collection Officers/Executives To Achieve Monthly Collection Targets.Monitor Daily Collection Activities, Productivity, And Recovery Performance.Conduct Regular Performance Reviews And Provide Coaching And Feedback To Team Members.Develop Action Plans To Improve Collection Efficiency And Reduce Delinquency. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
