The I.H.M. Table Caterers is hiring a Catering Chinese Chef in Civil Lines, Jaipur. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month. 2+ years of experience.

Will Be Responsible For Preparing Authentic And Contemporary Chinese Cuisine While Maintaining The Highest Standards Of Taste, Quality, Hygiene, And Presentation. The Role Includes Planning And Executing Menus, Preparing Sauces, Marinades, And Mise En Place, Ensuring Consistency In Every Dish, Managing Kitchen Inventory, Minimizing Food Wastage, And Maintaining Food Safety Standards. The Chef Should Be Able To Work Efficiently In Both Restaurant And Catering Operations, Coordinate With The Kitchen Team During Service, And Contribute To Menu Development And Innovation While Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Food During High-Volume Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
