Conduct Service-Related Outbound Calls For Own Now Cars, Using A Customer-Centric And Sales-Oriented Approach.Coordinate With The Purchase Team To Ensure Timely Collection And Verification Of Required Documents. Connect With Inactive Or Dropped-Off Drivers To Understand Their Reasons For Leaving And Encourage Them To Rejoin The Platform. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
