Driver Onboarding: Meet Auto-Rickshaw Drivers On The Field, Explain Platform Benefits/Incentives, And Help Them Register On The App. Performance Target: Ensure Registered Drivers Successfully Complete Their First Trips Within 7 Days. Reporting: Follow Daily Field Route Plans And Maintain Simple Daily Reports On Phone/Excel. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
