We Are Looking For A High-Energy, Performance-Driven Recruitment Telecaller To Manage High-Volume Sourcing And Onboarding For Our Blue-Collar And Delivery Partner Fleets. You Will Be The First Point Of Contact For Candidates Applying For Delivery And Logistics Roles. Your Primary Objective Is To Convert Cold/Warm Leads Into Active, Onboarded Partners By Explaining Payout Structures, Clear Benefits, And Guiding Them Through The Documentation Process. Languages : English, Hindi.
