Area Sales Manager

N Kay Engineering Works is hiring a Area Sales Manager in Chikalthana Industrial area, Aurangabad. This is a full-time role. The salary offered is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month. 1–2 years of experience.

Area Sales Manager (Asm)Core Purpose: Own Revenue And Growth For A Specific Geographic Area Or Territory.- Sales Targets: Set, Track, And Hit Monthly/Quarterly Revenue And Volume Goals For The Area- Team Management: Hire, Train, And Lead A Team Of Sales Executives/Reps Or Distributors- Market Development: Identify New Business Opportunities, Open New Accounts, Expand Distribution- Client Relationships: Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Accounts, Dealers, Distributors, And Retail Partners - Strategy & Execution: Roll Out Pricing, Promotions, And Product Launches In The Territory- Reporting: Analyze Sales Data, Competitor Activity, And Market Trends. Report To Regional/Zonal Manager- Field Work: Spend 60-80 Of Time In-Market Visiting Clients, Auditing Outlets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
