Recruit And Onboard New Insurance Advisors/Agents. Train Advisors On Health Insurance Products, Sales Techniques, And Company Policies. Motivate And Support Advisors To Achieve Monthly Sales Targets. Generate Health Insurance Business Through The Agency Channel. Assist Advisors During Customer Meetings And Policy Closure Ensure Timely Policy Issue. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
