Generate And Manage Leads Through Calls, Walk-Ins, Digital Platforms, And References. Handle Student & Parent Enquiries Via Phone, Whatsapp, Email, And In-Person. Conduct Tele-Calling, Counselling, Course Explanation, And Regular Follow-Ups. Convert Enquiries Into Admissions And Manage The Complete Admission Process. Coordinate With Faculty For Batch Scheduling And Student Allocation, Maintain Enquiry, Admission, And Follow-Up Records Using Excel / Ai Tools. Collect Student Feedback, Testimonials, And Online Reviews. Continuously Learn About Foreign Language Programs, Certifications, And Career Paths. Ready To Learn And Upskill As The Job Demands.
