Frequently asked questions
What does 'days of access' mean?
It is how long the plan stays active from the day we activate it. A 90-day plan gives you 90 days of dashboard access, job posting and candidate unlocks. We tell you before it expires, and nothing renews automatically without your say-so.
What is a candidate unlock?
Searching and filtering the database is unlimited on every database plan. An unlock is when you reveal one candidate's contact details — name, mobile number and email — so you can approach them. Each plan states how many unlocks it includes.
Do unused job posts or unlocks carry over?
They stay usable for the full duration of the plan. Once the plan expires, unused posts and unlocks lapse — so pick the duration that matches how you actually hire.
How do I pay?
Post your job or choose a plan and our team confirms the details first, then sends a payment link. Nothing is charged before that. For invoicing or a purchase order, email betterworkindia@gmail.com.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and we adjust for what is left on your current plan. Email us and we will do it the same working day.
Is there a free option?
Yes. The Free Listing plan gives you one job post live for 30 days with applications delivered to your email — no card needed.
