How you may use the data
- Contact candidates about genuine vacancies you are hiring for.
- Store the details you unlock in your own recruitment records.
- Never resell, re-list or pass the data to a third party.
- Never ask a candidate for a fee, deposit or any payment.
- Delete a candidate's details if we tell you they have withdrawn consent.
- Keep your account logins to the number your plan allows.
Breaching these ends the subscription without a refund. They exist because the candidates trusted us before they trusted you.
Frequently asked questions
Where do the candidates come from?
They register on MyWork themselves. Nobody is scraped, bought or imported. Before submitting, each person reads exactly what will be shared and who may contact them, and ticks a consent box that we store with its timestamp and IP address.
What does 'verified' mean?
A member of our team reviews every profile before it becomes visible to employers, and we may call or message the candidate to confirm their details. Profiles that fail the check never reach the database.
What can I filter by?
City and locality, role, years of experience, minimum qualification, skills, expected salary, and practical requirements such as owning a two-wheeler, a laptop or a driving licence, and willingness to work night shifts.
How do I contact a candidate?
Unlock the profile and you get their name, mobile number and email. You can then WhatsApp, email or call them — on whichever channels that candidate agreed to. Every unlock is logged against your account.
Can I export the data?
Quarterly and Annual plans include CSV export of the profiles you have unlocked. You may use the data only to contact candidates about genuine vacancies; reselling or re-listing it is a breach of our terms and ends the subscription.
What if a candidate asks not to be contacted?
They can withdraw at any time by emailing betterworkindia@gmail.com or replying STOP to a WhatsApp message. Their profile is removed from the database and employers who have already downloaded their details are instructed to delete them.
