Your details are shared with employers

By ticking the box below you authorise MyWork to share the details you enter on this page — your name, mobile number, email address, city, qualification, experience and expected salary — with employers and recruitment agencies who have an active subscription with us. This is the purpose of this form.

Employers will contact you directly

Once your profile is shared, employers may send you a WhatsApp message, an email, or call you about their openings. You choose which of these channels you are happy to be contacted on, and you can change your mind at any time.

Job-related messages only

We only pass on information for the purpose of recruitment. MyWork will never send you marketing for unrelated products, and we do not sell your details to advertisers.

Every profile is checked by a person

Your profile is reviewed manually by our team before any employer can see it. We may call or message you to confirm the details are correct. Until that check is complete your profile stays private.

We record when and where you gave consent

When you tick the box we store the date and time, your IP address, and your browser details along with the exact wording you agreed to. We keep this record so that your consent — and any later withdrawal of it — can be proven. It is not used to track you around the internet.

No one may ever charge you a fee

MyWork is free for candidates and always will be. No genuine employer will ask you for a registration fee, security deposit, training charge or any other payment to get a job. If anyone asks you for money in our name or through a listing on this site, stop, do not pay, and report it to betterworkindia@gmail.com straight away. Include their name and phone number and we will investigate and remove them.

You can withdraw at any time

Email betterworkindia@gmail.com from your registered email address, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message, and we will remove your profile from the employer database. Employers who already downloaded your details before you withdrew are instructed to delete them.

Who will see my details?

Employers and recruitment agencies with an active paid subscription to MyWork, once our team has verified your profile. They see your name, city, qualification, experience, skills and expected salary, and can unlock your mobile number and email to contact you.

How will employers contact me?

By WhatsApp, email or phone — whichever channels you tick on this form. You can change your mind at any time by emailing us or replying STOP to a WhatsApp message.

Why do you record my IP address?

So your consent is provable. We store the date, time, IP address and browser details along with the exact wording you agreed to. It is a record of your agreement, not a way of tracking you around the internet.

How long does verification take?

Usually one working day. Our team checks the profile and may call or message you to confirm the details. Until it is verified, no employer can see it.

How do I remove my profile?

Email betterworkindia@gmail.com from your registered address and we will delete it from the employer database. Employers who already downloaded your details are instructed to delete them too.
